Gina McHenry Williams
Gina has been with the company since 1988 and is knowledgeable on all facets of company operations. While much of her time is spent on business strategy and organizational development, she stays involved in project estimation and project management. Gina holds a BA degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Derek Williams
Derek joined the company in 1999 and has performed various roles during his 21 year tenure, including financial analysis, budgeting, estimating, and project management. Derek holds a BS degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Derek Ross
Derek joined the company in 2009 and oversees sales, marketing, and diversity initiatives. Derek is responsible for profitable revenue growth while simultaneously cultivating a diverse, high-performing workforce. Derek holds a BS degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the Stern School, New York University.
Bill Carr
Bill joined the company in 2017 and oversees the engineering & project management functions for the company. Bill has over 20 years in the glazing industry, with significant experience running large window and storefront installation projects. Bill studied business administration at Syracuse University.
