Gina McHenry Williams, President – Gina has been with the company since 1988 and is knowledgeable on all facets of company operations. While much of her time is spent on business strategy and organizational development, she stays involved in project estimation and project management. Gina holds a BA degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Derek Williams, Vice President – Derek joined the company in 1999 and has performed various roles during his 19 year tenure, including financial analysis, budgeting and human resources. Derek focuses much of his time overseeing the project management function of the company. Derek holds a BS degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Debera Morman, Office Manager – Debera joined the company in 1988 and facilitates the efficient operation of our corporate office. She performs a range of administrative, clerical, and financial duties while warmly receiving customers, sub-contractors, vendors, and other visitors.

Yemi Adesina, EIT, Estimator/Project Manager – Yemi joined the company in 1999 and manages all aspects of construction projects from bid preparation to project management while working with cross-functional teams to handle day-to-day operations. Yemi earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, England and a Master of Science in Engineering in Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.

Fred Peters, Estimator/Project Manager – Fred joined the company in 2004, and has been primarily involved in marketing outreach and project estimating. In addition, Fred is also active in project management. Fred is a retired army officer and holds a BS from Southern University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ.

Lerone Barnes, Project Manager – Lerone joined the company in 2007 and oversees performance of subcontractors. He also reviews architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are met. Lerone attended North Carolina AT&T University in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Hugh Bunyea, Project Manager – Hugh joined the company in 2011 and brings over 34 years of experience in storefront & curtain wall fabrication and installation, as well as, commercial and custom glazing. Hugh also has over 22 years of experience in estimation and project management.

Lorrie Falls, Controller – Lorrie joined the company in 2006 and performs project accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and forecasting. In addition to managing relationships with bankers, insurance companies, and vendors, she also coordinates all company certification requirements. Lorrie attended the University of Maryland.
